Raja Casablanca head coach, Jamal Sellami, has promised his fans that they will beat Zamalek in the second leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals.

The Champions League clash between Zamalek and Raja Casablanca will finally be played on Wednesday November 4th at the Cairo International Stadium.

The Whites came out victorious in the first leg thanks to an Achraf Bencharki header but had to wait almost three weeks to play the second leg.

The game was postponed twice, the first time was due to the discovery of 16 cases among the Raja squad. The encounter was then set to take place on November 1st but at the request of Egyptian authorities it was moved once again.

Raja will enter the game with a lot of confidence after a very successful domestic season where they were crowned league champions. They will hope to bring this momentum against Zamalek and reach their first Champions League final in 18 years.

“We will score against Zamalek in Cairo, not only that but we will be beat them as well. I promise the fans that we will play a historic game and return from Cairo having secured a spot in the final,” he added.

Zamalek have suffered a huge blow ahead of the highly-awaited encounter after Youssef Obama suffered a knee injury, sidelining him.
