Manchester City face a tough test in the Champions League after being drawn against Real Madrid in the last 16.

It is a repeat of the 2016 semi-final when a single goal over two legs was enough to take Real through against Manuel Pellegrini's side.

And at Monday's draw in Nyon, Switzerland, they were handed one of the hardest ties of the next round when they landed Zinedine Zidane's Galacticos.

Holders Liverpool will return to the Wanda Metropolitano for the first time since winning last season's Champions League final, for a last-16 tie against Atletico Madrid.

Jurgen Klopp will be confident of progressng with Diego Simeone's side currently struggling in Spain.

Frank Lampard's Chelsea will also face a stern test, being drawn against Bayern Munich. It's the same ground where Lampard won the trophy as a Chelsea player.

Tottenham were drawn against Leipzig, currently leading the German Bundesliga.

First legs will be played on February 18 , 19, 25 and 26, with second legs on March 10, 11, 17 and 18. Seeded team play the second leg at home.
