- Yasmine El Tohamy - The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have postponed Al Ahly’s match against Etoile du Sahel in the CAF Champions League.

The Red Devils were set to take on Etoile du Sahel on 24 January in the fifth round of the group stages in the CAF Champions League.

However, the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) filed a request to CAF to postpone the game due to security concerns ahead of the ninth anniversary of the 25 January revolution.
