Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush has made his first Bundesliga appearance with Wolfsburg during their 4-1 thrashing of Bayer Leverkusen.

Wolfsburg went 1-0 up in the end of the first half thanks to Croatian defender Marin Pongračić, before Maximilian Arnold doubled the scoring in the 64th minute.
Then in the 67th minute Renato Steffen scored his side’s third and eight minutes later, Pongračić completed his brace to put the nail in the cuffin.
Moments following the fourth goal, Marmoush came in as a substitute for Renato Steffen and played the remainder of the game.
Wolfsburg won two out of their three Bundesliga games since the return of the competition and currently sit sixth with 42 points, 11 points away from the top five.
Their upcoming game will be against 17th-placed Werder Bremen next Saturday, May 30th.
