He added, “We all know that the issue is political, and unfortunately trade is used as a tool for political purposes, while it is the role of politics to facilitate trade and create platforms for the two parties to win, but in this case the opposite happens.”
Gul noted that they are making every effort to develop and develop the mining sector.
He pointed out that in 2019 Turkey exported natural stones with a value of 1.86 billion dollars.
The Sixth International Natural Stones Conference, hosted by the municipality of Izmir, western Turkey, will be held from 23 to 26 March 2021, in conjunction with the International Exhibition of Natural Stones and Technology (MARBLE).
