In his statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, the Minister of Information, stated that the Council of Ministers welcomed the Kingdom’s announcement that the G20 leaders’ summit for the year 2020 AD chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – may God protect him – is hypothetically at its scheduled date on November 21 and 22. The Council of Ministers reviewed the topics on its agenda, including topics that the Shura Council participated in studying, and it was also informed of the findings of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, the Council of Political and Security Affairs, the General Committee of the Council of Ministers, and the Council of Experts in the Council of Ministers about it, The council concluded the following :

First:

Authorizing the Minister of Interior – or his representative – to negotiate with the Argentine side regarding a draft security cooperation agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Argentine Republic, and a draft cooperation agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Argentine Republic in the field of combating the illicit trade in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursor chemicals And smuggling them, signing them, and then lifting the final two signed copies, to complete the legal procedures.

Secondly:

Third:

Authorizing His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs – or his representative – to negotiate with the Mozambican side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding regarding political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mozambique, and to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the legal procedures.

Fourthly:
