The picture shows Giuliani lying in bed with his hand down his trousers. The whole thing was captured on hidden camera.

In the new film, Bakalova plays the daughter of Borat, 15 years old. She pretends to be a journalist who will interview Giuliani. After the interview, she suggests going into a bedroom to have a few drinks.
USA Today writes that Bakalova takes off Giuliani’s microphone, and that Giuliani then lies down in bed and takes his hand down his trousers, apparently on his crotch.
According to USA Today, the plot was that Borat should give his daughter a gift to the lawyer to show respect to Trump. Borat changes his mind again, and Sacha Baron Cohen, who plays Borat, storms into the room, dressed in lingerie and a wig. Giuliano himself thinks the situation is misunderstood.
Called the police
The recording is said to have been made in July, and the case only became known after Giuliani called the police to report a burglary of an “unusually dressed man”. He is referring to when Cohen came running into the room in the situation where he thinks he was trying to fix his pants.
“A man comes running in, with a crazy, so-called transsexual outfit,” Giuliani told The New York Post.
He thought it was a robbery or something, and said that he later realized that it must have been our Sacha Baron Cohen.
– I thought of all the people he has cheated before, and I felt good, because he could not take me, he said.
He believes that he was not inappropriate at any point in the interview.
