Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora, who issued the death warrants, said the convicts can use their legal remedies within 14 days, the report added.
A.P. Singh, lawyer of the convicts, said they will file a curative petition in the Supreme Court.
The case so far
The Indian Supreme Court had in 2017 upheld the death sentence on all four convicts in the brutal Nirbhaya gangrape of December 2012 that led to her death and caused national outrage.
The four were convicted on charges of raping and assaulting a 23-year-old paramedical student inside a bus. Later, she was thrown out of the bus at an isolated place. The victim succumbed to her injuries on December 29, 2012, at a hospital in Singapore.
A fifth accused committed suicide in prison while a sixth, a juvenile, has been released after serving his probation period in a remand home.
The Delhi High Court earlier upheld the conviction and death sentence of the four.
